Shrimp Shish (Karides Şiş)

1 lb large shrimp
½ tsp olive oil
¼ tsp paprika
½ tsp rosemary
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper

Mix all the ingredients with the shrimp. Marinate overnight. If you are using bamboo skewers, soak for half an hour before using. Skewer the marinated shrimp. Broil for 5 minutes on each side. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp. Serve together with rice or wrap up in flat bread with other vegetables.

Do you take out that black vein or line that runs through the shrimps?

Yes. I am actually very picky about that. I should probably mention it in my recipe for people who may not know much about cleaning shrimp. Thanks for stopping by.
