Sauteed Chicken (Sotelenmiş Tavuk)




2 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3 poblano peppers or any other kind (cut in large pieces)
1 medium white onion (sliced)
¼ cup parsley (chopped coarsely)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground black pepper
Pinch of salt

Sautee the chicken in olive oil with salt, cumin and black pepper until chicken pieces start to turn golden color. Add the parsley, peppers and onions. Mix for 3-4 minutes while cooking. Remove from heat and serve with any kind of pilaf and yogurt.

Your blog is very interesting for mi. I have a blog like you and I want to search in Turkish, Greek, Italian and in our coast "our world" all dishes, flavors, peculiaritys...it would be good to share ideas and recipes (I'm catalan and we have a great cooking, very good and very mediterranean).
